Case Study: A simple implant placement
This case is a simple implant placement with ridge expansion using Nentwig bone condensers. It is a Zimmer Biomet TSVM Implant. An autogenous bone swarf was collected from slow drill technique (without irrigation), and mixed with PRGF fraction 2. It was covered with thin layer of Ethoss which after drying for 5 minutes was then covered with PRGF fibrin membrane. The passive closure required periostial relief using PTFE 3-0 and Prolene 5-0.
