Dr Peter Sanders' series of short CPD courses are a part of the University of Portsmouth Dental Academy's programme.
These courses provide a step by step guide to including implants in your scope of practice, how to start, how to maintain and what to monitor.
The programme aims to inform dentists about the different ways in which implants can benefit our patients – in the context of GDC and FGDP guidelines on competence, confidence, training and mentoring. The programme also highlights current recommendation on monitoring and maintaining implants.
